Delivery of your digital service

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

MedZoa is a purely digital service delivered entirely online. There is no physical product, and therefore no shipping, freight or delivery charges of any kind. We do not ship hardware, documents, cards or any physical goods.

2. How and when you get access

• Access to the service is delivered instantly, online, as soon as your payment is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway (Cashfree Payments for Indian customers).
• New accounts can start using the free plan immediately upon sign-up — no payment required.
• Upgrades to paid plans activate on your account in real time; if a payment is pending gateway confirmation, activation completes automatically as soon as the confirmation arrives.
• Receipts and invoices are delivered to your registered email address.

3. If access is not activated

In the rare event that your payment succeeded but your account or plan was not activated within a few minutes, please contact us at care@zoazoneservices.com or call care@zoazoneservices.com — we will activate access or refund the charge in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
